What Clients are saying…
“Mary Grace has been life-changing! She made it easy to trust her and feel comfortable opening up. Whether it was a venting session, seeking advice, or working through deep trauma, she approached everything with care and relatability. Thanks to her guidance, I started feeling like myself again in no time, and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. I’m truly grateful for her support and would recommend her to anyone who needs help!”
“I began working with Mary Grace in 2021. I was struggling with debilitating social anxiety and she provided me with coping skills. I found confidence in myself and no longer let my anxiety control my decisions.”
“Mary Grace Downs has been my therapist since July of 2023. I sought her out for grief, anxiety and depression. She is far and away the best I have encountered, relying on sound scientific methods rather than simply chatting with me for an hour per week as her predecessors did. She brings a combination of professionalism and empathy to her work that I find very refreshing. I can’t recommend her enough.”
